Five cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the female urethra have been previously reported. We report another case presenting with a urethral caruncle. Urethral caruncle is a term that describes a benign polypoidal growth at the urethral meatus. It is most commonly observed in postmenopausal women.
